"When I jumped onto the RAINN website, I was so moved by the cause
that I sat on my guitar and immediately started writing this song. The
very next day I went into the studio, sang, played, and mixed "I'm
Not Afraid Anymore" in one day. It was an immediate burst of inspiration
and the energy of the song carried me until its completion. The song is
a pure and honest surge of emotion, a genuine outporing from my heart.
I hope people feel as empowered when they listen to it as much as I did
when I wrote it."
